history in the making

Posted on: November 24, 2010

we had to do our grocery run Tuesday afternoon, so May went with Jim and I to 2 zoos known as Berkeley Bowl and Monterey market. We didn’t get back until 5pm, and May simply passed out in the car on the way back. I carried her out of her carseat, transferred her to bed, and she remained in deep sleep for 2 hours while I hung out with Jim and Helen in the kitchen. And, because we were cooking, there were a lot of talking and banging of pots and pans – didn’t matter. The oven even went kaboom at one point, and the babe didn’t even stir. I thought this day would never happen to me.
