free range chicken broth (trader joe’s)
sweet onion (chopped)
Lawry’s garlic salt
salt, pepper, chicken bouillon
chopped spinach (or baby spinach)
saute onion, garlic, celery, carrot in a pan
add chopped chicken
a dash of garlic salt
a dash of ground pepper
in a separate pot, bring 1 part chicken broth and 1/4 part water to boil, add a bit of chicken bouillon and cane sugar.
boil the pasta briefly in a separate pot for about 1 minute, then drain the pasta and transfer to them into the chicken broth pot, boil for an additional 3 minutes.
add the saute chicken.
serve with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese
