hail to the groats

I have had it before but more mixed into rice and stuffs. I know it has great texture, but somehow I didn’t get around to really experience its glories until this morning. Just a bowl of oat groats cooked like rice (more like brown rice) with a handful of cha` bo^ng. YUUUUUMMMMM. I love the texture. May likes it better than rolled oats as well. That was our lunch. Need to go find some veggies soon….
